An Investment fund that will attempt to take advantage of opportunties related to Fine Art The General Partner will attempt to identify undervalued paintings and sculptures from around the world that it expects to appreciate over time. The Partnership will rely on experts retained by the General Partner to source pieces of Fine Art which will then be vetted by our risk management team to identify the most profitable risk adjusted opportunities. The Partnership may also invest directly in up and coming artists.

A Delaware Limited Partnership Subscriptions - Monthly Redemptions: Quarterly on 45 days notice after one year. Classes of Interest : Type A, Type I and II ( See PPM for details) Fees: 2% management per annum / 20% performance Fund Administrator: BNP Paribas Financial Services, LLC
