XP Multi Strategy
The XChange Place Multi-Strategy Fund LP was created to invest in a diverse group of assets which are expected to appreciate in value over the long term. Limited Partnership interests are being offered under the Regulation D rule 506(c) exemption. Investments will include, Works of Art consisting of paintings, photographs, and sculptures; Real Estate including debt and equity finance of commercial and or residential properties; Sports including athlete earnings finance, investments in Professional Sports Teams and Entertainment including film, TV and theater production finance, as well as music revenue shares and catalogs. Investment decisions will be made by the XChange Place Capital Investment Committee and investments will be held until such time as to maximize returns. The fund may use the XChange Place LLC investment platform to sell assets held in the portfolio.
